I have been dealing with Cronin wall since I bought my house in 2002. Some years later I rented it out. Cronin Wall guided me through all the steps to become landlord & they got me tenants who stayed almost 9 years. I never had a change over of tenants. They did bi-annual house inspections for me. Anything I needed to get done was dealt with quickly by their own trades people & I was never put under pressure to sort invoices straight away.
I just completed the sale of this property. Aine & Leanne gave me great advise & called to go through what they felt needed to be cleared & jobs to do in order to achieve the best sale price.
